| Rules |
RUNNING STAGE - Individual competitors shall proceed from the transitional area to continue the event.
Team cyclists must physically touch runners in the demarcated area.
All competitors will then finish at the finish banner.
NO COMPETITOR MAY CROSS THE FINISH LINE MORE THAN ONCE
CYCLE STAGE - Drafting allowed.
Strict control measures will be used for the athletes doing laps.
CYCLISTS MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE HARD-SHELL HELMETS NO TOP AND HELMET, NO RIDE
ROUTES - Clearly marked and visible marshals at regular intervals.
RACE NUMBERS - Body marking will be done 30 minutes prior to start of event.
TRAFFIC CONTROL - Please obey the directions and instructions of the marshals/race officials.
Your co-operation is vital for the safety of all.
No athlete may be assisted during the event.
THOSE WHO DONT COMPLY WITH THE RULES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!

Medals for the first three positions in each age group category - both males/females.
Each age groups Prize giving will be held within 30 minutes after the last athlete finishing.
Lots of New Balance product giveaways.
Series winners will receive trophies at final event
ATHLETES QUALIFY ONLY FOR PRIZES IN THE CATEGORY ENTERED.

| Danger Point Lighthouse - Kleinbaai |
- From Cape Town take the N2 over Sir Lowrys Pass.
- Take the R44 Turn off to Hermanus and Gansbaai.
- Drive through Gansbaai towards Kleinbaai / Franskraal.
- At the 4 way stop, turn right to Kleinbaai and Danger point Lighthouse.
- At the bend in the road turn right to Danger point Lighthouse.

5km run - 20 km cycle - 2,5 km run - 09:00 - Age Groupers and 16 to 19 individual and TEAMS
2,5km run - 10 km cycle - 1,25 km run - 10:30 - 12 to 15 year olds individual and SCHOOL TEAMS
1,25km run - 5km cycle - 1,25 km run - 10:30 - 9 to 11 year olds and all beginners (young and old)

Teams - 3 athletes competing in different disciplines
Teams in the age group distances can be male, female or mixed teams.
Teams in the 12 to 15 distances are to be school teams.
Relay will be allowed in all 3 categories
Note - A full distance Duathlon age groupers race will also be held on 22 July 2007 at the Soetwater event starting at 09:00
This is also the final of the series.
