Takes place at 10H30 where selected winners will receive their prizes followed by the lucky draw
R40 000 cash in category prizes: as well as R10 000 lucky Draw, Asics Running Shoes and other exciting spot prizes to be won
*EACH RACE DISTANCE HAS A DIFFERENT BIB NUMBER RANGE AND COLOUR WITH YOUR DATA CAPTURED ON COMPUTER. DO NOT GIVE YOUR RACE NUMBER TO ANYONE ELSE OR TRANSFER BETWEEN RACES WITHOUT NOTIFYING TOP EVENTS FOR THE DATABASE TO BE UPDATED. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY LEAD TO DISTORTION OF RESULTS OR DELAY PRIZE GIVING. |

| General Rules |
 These Rules apply to the 21km and 10km Races:
The races are run according to the rules of WPA and ASA
Licensed runners must wear club colours and their 2009 number on the back of their vests. They must be a member of a club affiliated to ASA
Age groups ID tags must be worn on the back and front of athletes competing for category prizes
Unlicensed runners must wear a temporary licence number on the back of their vests. It will be included in their race package
Race package (consisting of a race number and if applicable, a temporary licence and T-Shirt if ordered) must be collected at number colection
The official race number must be worn unaltered on the front of the participant's vest.
Entrants for the Half Marathon must be at least 16 years of age on race day
Entrants for the 10km race must be at least 15 years of age on race day
Seconding will not be allowed
Water and Coke tables will be available approximately every 3km along the route
In addition to open prizes, participants will only be eligible for an age category prize in the age category they enter
Corresponding numerical age category tags must be worn on the front and backof the vest
Participants may enter the age category corresponding to their chronological age or any younger category down to senior
Temporary licensed participants are eligible for age category prizes provided they enter the relevant age groups, wear the appropiate age tag and provide proof of age
Juniors (born 1990 or later) wearing a junior or senior licence must display age tags to qualify for age groups prizes. Juniors will count towards the senior team prize
Club colours must be worn to qualify for team prizes
Participants will qualify for age category team prizes based on the individual age category they enter ( with corresponding age category tags). Older participants qualify for a younger team only if there is no team competition for their specific age category
