. Race starts promptly at 07:00 at main administration building (21), TUT Campus Staatsartillerie Road Pretoria West
. Time limit: 3 Hours, enough time for a fit athlete to walk the distance
. 10 km race only on road
. Temporary licenses (AGN fee) for unregistered athletes: R20.00
. Fun Run entry fee: R20.00, no temp licenses needed
. Great Grand Masters no entry fee, Grand Masters and Disabled athletes R20.00 only. Applies only to race day entries
. Fun Run (5 km) starts at 07:05 and does not include any mountain sections, baby strollers welcome
. Entries for both races taken at the start as from 05:30 on day of the race
. Ample secure parking available on the campus
. Distance markers every mile (1.6 km)
. Terrain not suitable for baby strollers or wheelchairs
. Tog bag area available at own risk. Please no valuables or cash in bags
. This is an adventure and a challenge. Please be prepared to participate on some dirt road and two very challenging mountain tracks
. PLEASE DO NOT LITTER IN THE CONSERVATION AREA. KEEP YOUR SACHETS TILL THE NEXT REFRESHMENT STATION

| Rules |
1. The race is run in accordance with AGN and ASA rules
2. Registered athletes must be a member of an ASA affiliated Club and wear the race number in front and the 2010 registration number on the back of the vest
3. Temporary licensed athletes must wear the race number on the front and temporary number on the back of the vest
4. Proof of age could be required for athletes competing for category prizes
5. All athletes indemnify the national, provincial and regional bodies, sponsors, and organizers of the race against any claims of whatsoever nature, which may arise due to participation in the race
6. Age restriction for 10 Miler is 16 years and 15 for 10km
7. Foreign Athletes compete in accordance with IAAF rule 4 (2)
