Late entries will be excepted on the morning only for the 10km and 5km fun run from 5h00 to 8h00
Numbers can be collected on Friday from 13h00-22h00 and Saturday from 5h00-9h00

| General Information |
. Toilets, showers, physio and refreshment facilities will be available
. No payment no race number
. Other Robertson winery events on the day: Farmers Market, lively music,arts and craht and wine tasting
. Fun Run: The male and female that dresses the funniest will win the Miles of Smiles prize - the prize will be their own weight in wine
. Lucky Draws: Will be won as you finish LOOK for a sticker on your medal
. To be won as lucky draws 10 wacky wine paspoort: 10xR200 cash vouchers, bottles of wine, meat hampers, groceries hampers, a pair of running shoes
. Boland Record: R2000.00 for the senior male/female Boland Licensed athlete that improves the Boland 1/2 Mar. or 10km Records
. R1000.00 for the junior male/female Boland Licensed athlete that improves the Boland 1/2 Mar. or 10km Records
. Team prizes for Men and Women: In the 10km and 21,1km is R400 per team
. Medals to all
. Prizegiving start at 11h00
. Age Category Tags must be worn on front and back of vest to qualify for a category prize
. CONFIRMATION OF ENTRIES:
Postal, hand delivered and online entries will receive an sms confirming receipt of entry and will indicate your race numbers. You must produce this sms when collecting your race numbers

| Rules |
1. The Race is organized in accordance with the rules of Athletics South Africa and Boland Athletics
2. Athletes must turn 16 on 1 January 2009 to be allowed to participate in the 1/2 marathon Race
3. You can't change from 21.1km to 10km and vice versa. If so contact race officials
4. Traffic officials and marshals must be obeyed at all times, failing which, disqualification may follow
5. Refreshment tables every 3 km on route
6. No seconding from a moving vehicle will be permitted
7. Every kilometre will be marked
8. Tog bag facility will be provided
9. Athletes enter entirely at their own risk; Organizers and Sponsors are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to participants
10. Proof of age is required for category prizes
11.The entry fee is non-refundable
