General Information
The idea is to cater for all runners, bikers, canoeists, non-canoeists, families and friends. Therefore non-canoeists will receive rubber inflatables (crocks)
This event is open to both individuals and teams of two or three participants

Bring the family and enjoy Parys for the entire weekend. We will allow participants to camp on our beautiful club grounds, provided that the terrain be cleaned up by 7am on the day of the race. The clubhouse has bathrooms and a kitchen. There are also braai facilities outside. A jumping castle will be provided for children on the day of the race

Special effort is made to bring pristine nature environments to the participants

In order to simplify entries and organization, we have changed the categories from previous races:
There will only be relay teams and individuals. Double teams will not be allowed. A double team consists of 2 participants. Both participants do all the legs: running, paddling and cycling, but they paddle together in a K2 canoe or crock. This will not be allowed at the next race and people who entered as double teams before now have to enter as individuals and paddle separately. K2's and double crocks will not be allowed

An individual is only one person who does all the legs - running, paddling and cycling. An individual can use a K1 canoe or inflatable crock for paddling

Individuals will be divided into these categories: K1 Senior Male, K1 Senior Female, K1 Junior Male, K1 Junior Female, Crock Senior Male, Crock Senior Female, Crock Junior Male, Crock Junior Female. Prize money will be awarded to the winner of the K1 categories. Sponsored prizes will be given to the crock winners, as well as all second and third places. Large Likkewaan-Stonehenge medals will be given to all places 1, 2 and 3.

A relay team consists of 2 or 3 people. Each of them do one or more legs

Relay teams will be divided into K1 and Crock

The 'Open Mixed' relay category will make provision for family and friend teams. There will also be divisions for Male only and Female only teams. There will be sponsored prizes and large Likkewaan medals for places 1,2 and 3

Crock relay teams are allowed to use two paddlers per crock

Spot prizes / Lucky draw for all participants
Helmets are compulsory for all cyclists
Personal Floating Devices (life jackets) are compulsory for all paddlers. Will be supplied to crock participants
