. Walkers welcome in both events
. No seconding allowed
. Regret no wheelchair athletes allowed

. Cut-off time 3hours(11h00) for both events
. Minimum age 21km 16yrs / 10km 15yrs
. Race results will appear on www.raceresults.co.za and will be available for sale at R5.00 per result

| Race Rules |
1. The race is run in accordance with the rules of ASA and CGA
2. Athletes indemnify the national provincial and regional bodies, sponsors and organisers of the race against any or all actions of whatsoever nature, whatever the same may be arising out of their participation in the race
3. Registered Athletes must be a member of a club affiliated to ASA, wear club colours and 2010 licence numbers back and front of vest
4. Temporary licensed athletes must wear plain clothing with no advertising. Temporary licences must be worn on the front of the vest
5. All athletes competing for category prizes must wear numeric tags clearly visible back and front. Proof of age for prize winners will be required and to be presented to the referees before prize giving. Prizes will be withheld until confirmed
6. International athletes must provide a clearance letter to the referee in the event of them winning a prize
7. Temp licensed athletes are eligible for open and category prizes, provided they have the age category tags clearly visible back and front
8. All traffic officers and officials instructions to be obeyed
9. No blades, cycles or mechanically operated devices allowed in race. No 2,3 or 4 wheel carts/prams which are mechanically or manually operated by participants, will be permitted to participate without special permission of the race organisers and traffic authorities
