| Race Details |
1. The race will start and end at Ntshondwe Camp
2. The route will be clearly marked and marshals will be in attendance
3. There will be approximately 5 water tables, BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE!
4. Participants must remain on the demarcated route only. Any deviation will result in an immediate disqualification
5. Seconds may assist at the watering points only
6. Marshals may assist participants only once they have indicated their intention to withdraw from the race
7. No littering or defacing of any feature or the collection of artefacts will be tolerated
8. All instructions given by marshals must be obeyed
9. The decision of the organisers will be final
10. Prize giving will be at 12h00

| The Wild Side Of The Challenge |
. Look out for low, overhanging branches and loose rocks!
. Do not venture off the route!
. Dangerous game may be encountered along the route, which can include rhino, buffalo and elephant!
. Instructions regarding avoiding potentially dangerous situations, will be explained on the day of the challenge

| Race Rules |
1. The wearing of protectiveheadgear is compulsory. NO HELMET, NO RIDE!!
2. All participants are responsible for carrying essential spares as well as fluids for their own needs
3. All competitors must complete the course under their own power entirely
4. No spectators or seconds are allowed have contact with or to follow the participants in any vehicle during the event
5. By entering the event the participant confirms that he/she is medically fit for the event and that the cycle is roadworthy
6. No persons under the age of 16 years may enter the 60km event
7. The MTB events are not affialiated to Cycling South Africa (CSA)

. Cut off times: Competitors not meeting the following cut-off criteria will be required to retire (no exception)
* 26km to go at 08:00
* 16.2km to go at 09:30
* 4.8km to go at 11:15

| Special Rates & Conditions |
Ithala Game Reserve is offering the following special rates to competitors
* Chalets at Ntshondwe camp at R475.00 pp including breakfast and R385.00 excluding breakfast
* Campsites at Doornkraal at R110.00 pp (20 people maximum)
* Bushcamps - R375.00 pp (Mbizo 8 people, Thalu 4 people, Mhlangeni 8 people)

* Entrance to the reserve will be free for all entrants and their vehicles. Non participants R40.00 pp + R30.00 per vehicle
