. All non licenced athletes participating in the 21.1km & 10km events must purchase a Temporary Licence
. Cut-off: 10:00
. Minimum Age: 21.1km - 16yrs 10km - 15yrs 5km - 9yrs
. Prize Giving: 21km - 09:00 / 10km - 08:30

Gold Medals to all category winners
Silver Medals to the first 100 finishers in 21km and 10km
Bronze Medals to all finishers (1000 medals on the race day)

| Rules |
1. In accordance with the rules of ASA and AGN
2. All entrants must be in possession of a valid 2010 Licence which must be worn on the front and back of their running vest
3. All unlicensed athletes participating in the 10km or 21.1km events must purchased a temporary licence which must be worn on the front of their vest
4. Water points every +/- 3km
5. Athletes only qualify for prize money according to age and category that they have entered for
6. Participants indemnify the National, Provincial and Regional Bodies, Sponsors, Organisers of the race against all / any actions of what ever nature that may arise due to their participation in the race
7. Athletes competing for a category prize must wear official age category ID tags on the front and back of their vest, walkers must display a Walkers tag on the front and back of the vest
8. Foreign athletes must comply to IAAF rule 4 par2 regarding handling their permits to the organisers
