No personal seconding permitted except 100 meters either side of the water points, which will be stationed every 3km's

. Run under ASA & BA Rules
. Entry limited to runners or walkers aged 30 or older
. Prize Giving: Will commence approximatley 11:30am
. As a courtesy to the sponsors, prize winners are expected to be present at prize-giving
. All support will be withdrawn after 5 hours (ie. 11:00)
. Runners / Walkers are requested to please use the toilets provided at the start
Please Note: You will need to arrange transport to the start or to be dropped off at the start as there are no Drivers to driver your car back to the finish or Safe Parking at the start to leave your car
