1. Races are run under the rules of ASA, IAAF and Limpopo Athletics (LIMA)
2. Official 2012 Samancor Chrome race no. must be worn on front of vest
3. Official 2012 license no. or temporary license must be worn on back of vest
4. Category tags must be displayed on front and back of vest
5. Licensed runners must wear club colours
6. Age restriction: 21km = 16 years/older on race day
10 km = 16 years/older on race day
5km Fun Run/Walk = No age restriction
7. Proof of identity and age may be requested
8. Entries only registered upon proof of payment & completed entry form
9. No seconding allowed. All athletes participate at own risk 10. No ipods, bicycles, scooters, prams allowed on 21.1km and 10 km races 11. Failure to obey rules/marshals/traffic authorities may result in disqualification
12. Judges / Timekeepers / Referees decisions are final 13. No refunds on entry fees or licenses paid
