Wednesday 8 August 17:00 - 19:00 at Castle Walk in front of the Standard Bank
Tuesday 9 August from 05:00
1. 2012 License number and/or Temporary licenses will be valid
2. The race will be run in accordance with the rules of ASA and AGN
3. All licensed competitors must run in official club colors and must wear their 2012 license or temporary license on the back of their vests
4. Athletes competing for a category prize must wear official age category ID tags on the front and back of their vests & category winners must submit proof of age if requested
5. No seconding will be allowed
6. Traffic officers and race marshals shall be obeyed
7. Members of the club hosting the event may not participate
8. Foreign athletes must observe IAAF Rule 4 paragraph 2
Gold medals to all prize winners in each category
Silver medals to first 100 finishers for 10km Runners and first 50 for Walkers
Bronze medals to the rest participants
Prize giving will be between 08:00 - 08:30
