1. The race is to be held under the rules of the ASA and the AGN 2. 2012 license numbers have to be worn on the front and the back of the vests 3. Participants in the 21,1km and the 10km who are not in possession of a valid 2012 license must purchase a temporary licence which must be worn on the front and the back of the vests 4. Obey all marshals and traffic officers 5. Official age category tags must be worn back and front of the vest by athletes competing for category prices, walkers completing for category prizes must wear "W" on the front and back of their vests 6. Time limit of 3 hours applies 7. All runners participate at their own risk 8. Judge's decision is final 9. No seconds are allowed on the route 10. Tog bag facilities will be available at own risk 11. Water stations approximately every 2km 12. Proof of age must be presented on request 13. Paid parking is provided at Centurion Mall, however Centurion Mall cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods or vehicles 14. No ipods or listening devices are allowed
15. Medical support will be available
16. Please specify age restrictions Eg. 15 years for 10km and 16 years for 21.1km
17. All foreign athletes must abide to the IAAF rule 4 par 2.20
18. Wheelchairs welcome in the 10km and 21.1km only
