1. The races will be run in accordance with the Rules of ASA and AGN 2. All licensed competitors must run in official club colours. 3. Race numbers on the front and licence number on the back 4. Athletes competing for a category prize must wear official Category ID tags on the front and back of their vest and category & Lucky draw winners must furnish a valid original ID document or passport as proof of age 5. No seconding will be allowed 6. Traffic officers and race marshals shall be obeyed 7. Members of PHOBIANS are requested not to participate 8. Foreign athletes must observe IAAF Rule 4 Paragraph 2 9. Participants must start at times and in distances entered 10. There will be medical support
