Solo:
 One person riding as much as he/she wants during the 8-hour period
Open Fours (Single Sex): Team of 4 riders
Mixed Fours: A mix of male and female riders. There must be at least one person from the opposite sex to qualify as a mixed team.
Juniors Fours: Team of 4 riders (all under 19). Age as of 31st of December 2012.
Open Duos (Single Sex): Team of 2 riders
Mixed Duos: Team of 2 riders. A mix of male and female riders. There must be at least one person from the opposite sex to qualify as a mixed team.

General Information

      1. Entries close on Monday 6th of August.
2. All entrants to receive goodybags at registration.
3. Drinks at the start/finish area for all riders during the 8 hour period.
4. NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS
5. Print the indemnity form that will be sent with your confirmation for all your team members and bring these completed & signed forms to registration at the event venue. 
 6. The team will NOT register before all team members’ indemnities have been received.
 7.  An admin fee of R40 will be charged for any entry changes after 6 August.
 8. All riders will read the rules and accept to obey them when signing the indemnity form.

Amarider Membership Requirement

All Dirtopia events are affiliated to Amarider.  The Nine to Five is an official Amarider social event and Amarider members get a R30 discount.  If you would like to join Amarider – please email info@amarider.co.za

All income derived from memberships (day or annual) go towards the Amarider trail advocacy efforts.  Please see www.amarider.co.za for further information.

Timing

This event will again be using the Amarider TrailTag system, which has been developed even more in the last few months. For example, you’ll tag in and out each lap giving much better lap time statistics etc.

All entrants will need a TrailTag, available for purchase at R100 or for rent at R30.  You’ll use the tag at most Dirtopia events and many trails in the future so you might as well purchase one. Tags purchased at other events can be exchanged at registration for this event tag.

You’ll pay a R100 deposit at registration and receive a R70 refund when you return it, or simply keep it.
