I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that participation in the above event is/could be dangerous and could result in physical injury and or damage to property; that participation is at my sole and absolute risk; that I hereby waive and abandon any and or all claim of whatever nature that may arise from such participation against the organiser and/or any members, agents, representatives or sponsors acting on their behalf or otherwise , whether such claims arise from the default, negligence or any other act or omission on the part of the aforesaid person/s. TSA rules will apply. Wetsuits will be allowed if water temperature below 21°C. Swimcaps, cycling helmets and running shoes are compulsory.
