Why did I not receive an email confirmation of my entry?
Always make sure that the e-mail address that you fill in, is correct and valid. Always put the full address in e.g. member@entrytime.co.za
Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
Your payment is secure. All online transactions through www.entrytime.com are secured via Nedbank's 128 bit, encrypted, payment gateway - iVeri.
How do I enter online?
  1. Start by selecting the 'Event' link at the top of the page, or Event Calendar on the Left-hand Menu.
  2. Select the event you would like to enter. You can also search for events by:
    1. Event name
    2. Sport type
    3. Geographical Region
    4. Date
  3. Now select the 'enter now' link of your chosen event.
  4. If you are not logged in to the site, the Login page will appear:
    1. Login with your username and password if you are an existing member.
    2. Click 'Register Now' if you have not entered an event on our site before.
  5. If you are a new member, you will need to input all your personal details.
  6. The entry process begins with accepting the waiver, check the "I accept the Waiver" box and then clivk 'next'.
  7. Now select the event item you would like to participate in and click 'next'.
  8. Fill in the race-specific details on the entry form page e.g. team name, captain's name etc. click 'next'.
  9. The next page is your confirmation of details page, check that all your information is correct and then click 'next'. NB: if your details are not correct use the back buttons in the web pages, NOT your web browser back button.
  10. The Shopping basket is the next page to display, this gives you the option to now enter others by clicking 'enter another person'. NB: If you enter a friend or family member, make sure to then enter their username and password. DO NOT login with your details to fill in their entry. You can also go shopping for any items in our shopping catalogue.
  11. Once you have completed your entry, click on 'checkout', this will take you to the payment options page.
    1. Credit Card: fill in the details and click 'swipe card'.
    2. EFT: click 'process order', and remember to deposit the money into the bank account specified to validate your entry.
    3. Ebucks: click on the Ebucks icon.
  12. If your registration and payment are successful, a summary receipt will appear, click on 'view printable receipt' to print your receipt.
Should I create a username and password?
To enter events and shop through our catalogue, each person needs to create their own unique profile, with a username and password. These details are stored and the next time you enter an event, these details will show up, saving you time in future entries. It is important that each person, even if they are family members, have a unique username and password.
How do I update my personal details?
First click on the 'My Profile' link at the top of the page. Then login using your username and password. Your personal details will now show. Update any information you need to, then click 'next'.
