2km, 5km & 10km: Register and start anytime between 17:00 till 19:00

On-the-day entries:
Carries a R25 surcharge
Under 13 yrs and over 60 yrs only pay R30 (no surcharge applies for on the day entries)

Medals:
All runners that completed their Run/Walk will receive a medal.

Amenities Available At The Restaurant:
Clubhouse (drinks and snacks)

Results:
Formal race results be sent via email that can be submitted to medical aid reward programs.
Vitality members' race results will be sent to Vitality directly.

Route Information:

Walking/Hiking is allowed on the 2km, 5km and 10km routes.
Water tables will be available on all routes

Covid-19 Guidelines and Regulations:
• Masks or buffs compulsory.
• Temperature will be taken and logged.
• Hand sanitizer will be available.
• Social Distancing will be applied.

• There will be No Refunds due to rain or lightning cancellation.
• No license is necessary to take part in run/walk.
• Please contact the organizer to arrange this approval.
• Cash, Card and Snapscan accepted on the day.
• All ages welcome.
• Also earn up to 600 Vitality Points
