TIME (STAGGERED STARTS):

2km, 5km & 10km: Register and start anytime between 06h00 till 08h00
15km and 21km: Register and start anytime between 06h00 till 07h00

ONLINE ENTRY FEE: 2KM (R55) | 5KM (R95) | 10KM (R115) | 15KM (R135) | 21KM (R155)

ON-THE-DAY ENTRY: An additional amount of R25 will be added

KIDS UNDER 13YRS & ADULTS OVER 60YRS: Only pay R40 (no additional charge for on-the-day entry

ENTRY INCLUDES: Marked Route | Water Tables | Finisher Medal | Venue Entry | Parking

Cut-off time for all our races on Saturdays and Sundays is now 10h00.
Walkers are still welcome as long as they finish their distance by 10h00 the latest.

Results:
Formal race results be sent via email that can be submitted to medical aid reward programs.
Vitality members' race results will be sent to Vitality directly.

Route Information:

Walking/Hiking is allowed on the 2km, 5km and 10km routes.
Water tables will be available on all routes

General Information:

Covid-19 Guidelines and Regulations:
• Masks or buffs compulsory.
• Temperature will be taken and logged.
• Hand sanitizer will be available.
• Social Distancing will be applied.

Terms And Conditions
• There will be No Refunds due to rain or lightning cancellation.
• No license is necessary to take part in run/walk.
• Dogs are welcome on all routes except the 15km and 21km.
• Special approval will need to be obtained to take dogs on these distances.
• Please contact the organizer to arrange this approval.
• Cash, Card and Snapscan accepted on the day.
• All ages welcome.
• Also earn up to 600 Vitality Points
