General Information:
The annual #SilentWalk&Run is a fun family event that brings together the Deaf, hard-of-hearing and hearing Communities.
The aim is to ensure social cohesion and facilitate the inclusion of the Deaf community in mainstream society.
In addition to calling on the Government to give access to public services for the Deaf community serious consideration, this year's event will be standing against GBV in the Deaf community and advocating for the inclusion of sign language services in key areas to assist GBV Victims.
Funds raised at the 2022 #SilentWalk&Run will go towards Neema Foundation for Deaf for the benefit of victims of GBV.
