Sasol Marathon Club 2 In 1 Night Race 10km & 4.9km - Wednesday 2 November 2022

Notes:

Registration & Late Entries:
Manual entries taken at Sasol Recreation Club on 1^st and 2^nd November from 16:00 to 19:00.
Numbers can also be collected on these dates and times OR collected on the race day from 15:00 to 18:30.

No Entry Fees Will Be Refunded.

Route Information:

1. No pets allowed.
2. No blade, cyclist or mechanically operated devices, nor wheelchairs.
3. Traffic officers & marshals to be obeyed at all times.
4. No earphones allowed during the race could lead to disqualification.
5. No littering, please make use of boxes at start/finish venue.

General Information:

Rules:
1. All participate at their own risk, and by their entry indemnify the organisers and sponsors of any liability.
2. All participants must wear a valid 2022 licence on the back and front.
3. Unlicensed runners must buy a temporary licence to be worn on the front and pinned at all four corners.
4. Registered athletes must wear club colours.
5. Race will take place under the rules of ASA, AMPU and WA.
6. All participants to wear club colours or plain white top, vest or t-shirt if participating with a temporary licence. Decisions by race referees are final.
7. Minimum age for 10km – 14 years.
8. International / foreign athletes must provide a clearance letter from their sport federation to the chief referee prior to the event (WA Rule 4).
9. Medical support will be available on race day.
10. Official age category tags to be worn on front and back. Positive identification required for all category winners.
