1. Refreshments shall be available for sale at the Start/Finish points. 2. First aid will be available at the start and the finish points. 3. Pre-Entries will closing date is 15th December 2022. Athletes can also register at Olympia Park Stadium ANWN office 4. Entry forms can be collected at Olympia Park Stadium at the security house
Registration: Collection of race numbers will be 15th of December 2022 at Olympia Park Stadium from 10:00 until 17:00. Late entries will pay additional R 20.00 extra compared to the normal entry. Late entries will be taken on the race day from 05:30 – 06:30 Olympia Park Stadium
T-shirts: Will be for the first 100 pre-entries for 10km
Entry Fee Not Refundable And No Substitutions Will Be Allowed
1. Refreshment stations shall be provided at every 3km intervals or more frequently if weather conditions such provision. 2. Distance markers will be placed for every kilometer for 10km. 3. Athletes must stay on the right hand side of the road at all times, unless instructed differently by the marshals or Traffic Officers. 4. No seconding from cyclists or private vehicles will be allowed on the route. Personnel seconding will only be permitted within 1m on either side of the refreshment station. 5.The Race referee's decision is final. The race organizers reserve the right to accept/ reject any entry received.
Rules: 1. Juniors are 19 years and younger and must wear their J Tags on race day. 2. Athletes must participate in their correct club colors and display the ASA 2022 license numbers on the FRONT and BACK of the vest. All other runners must display 2022 ANWN temporary numbers on front vest. NO advertising allowed. 3. All foreign athletes must comply with WA rule 142 and 4.2. Foreign athletes must be able to produce a letter from their respective Federation permitting them to participate on this race. 4. All runners & walkers participate at their own risks. 5. The Race is held under the rules of ASA and WA. All competitors must comply with the rules, regulations & instructions given by officials, marshals and traffic officials. Non –compliance may lead to disqualification. 6. Age category Tags (e.g. from 40, 50 & 60+) must be worn on the front and back by athletes competing for the age category prizes. 7. Age category winners must produce acceptable proof of age. minimum age for 10km is 13 years on race day 8. All runners and walkers participate on their own risk.
