Race day entries will take place at Hatfield Plaza from 4:30am

Cut-off time is 9:00am

Tog bag area available at Hatfield Plaza

Medical support will be available on race day.

Route Information:

1. Water points approx every 3km
2. No IPODS or listening devices allowed.
3. No Seconds and cyclists are allowed on the route
4. Marshals, traffic officials and road rules must be obeyed at all times.
5. Very important, in terms of ASA rules and regulations 2016 (Implemented as of 1 January) rule 20.4 states: runners are not permitted to run with animals. This is for the safety of both the animals and the athletes.

General Information:

1. The race will be run under the rules of AGN & ASA
2. Official age category ID tags must be worn back and front by athletes competing for category prizes.
3. Walkers must wear "W" tags back and front if competing for a prize
4. Minimum age for participants for 10km = 14 years, 21km = 16 years
5. Identification and proof of age must be presented on request.
6. All registered competitors must wear their 2023 licences on the front and back of the vest.
7. The race number must be worn in such a way that the AGN and sponsor's logo on the licence number will be clearly visible.
8. The organisers and race referees decision are final and binding
