Notes:

Collection Of Race Numbers:
Will be on the 13^th of October 2023 at Rustenburg Mall from 09:00 until 19:00.

Late Entries:
Will be taken on the 11^th & 12^th October 2023 at Rustenburg Mall from 10:00
Will be taken on race day from 05:30am – 06:30am at Rustenburg Mall.

Prize Giving:
Will start at 09:30 at Olympia Park Stadium, Rustenburg

First aid will be available at the start and the finish points.

Refreshments shall be available for sale at the Start / Finish points.

Route Information:

1. Athletes must stay on the right hand side of the road at all times, unless instructed differently by the marshals or Traffic Officers.
2. No seconding from cyclists or private vehicles will be allowed on the route.
3. Personnel seconding will only be permitted within 1m on either side of the refreshment station.
4. All competitors must comply with the rules, regulations & instructions given by officials, marshals and traffic officials. Non –compliance may lead to disqualification.
5. Refreshment stations shall be provided at every 3km intervals or more frequently if weather conditions such provision.
6. Distance markers will be placed for every kilometer for 10km & 5km

General Information:

Rules:
1. Juniors are 19 years and younger and must wear their J Tags on race day.
2. Athletes must participate in their correct club colors and display the ASA 2023 license numbers on the FRONT and BACK of the vest. All other runners must display 2023 ANWN temporary numbers on front vest. NO advertising allowed.
3. All foreign athletes must comply with WA rule 4.2. Foreign athletes must be able to produce a clearance permit from their respective Federation permitting them to participate on this race.
4. The Race is held under the rules of ASA and WA.
5. The Race referee's decision is final. The race organizers reserve the right to accept/ reject any entry received.
6. Age category Tags (e.g. from 40, 50 & 60+) must be worn on the front and back by athletes competing for the age category prizes.
7. Age category winners must produce acceptable proof of age. minimum age for 10km is 13 years on race day
8. All runners & walkers participate at their own risks.
