The Nedbank Running Club welcomes its latest Club to the fold with the announcement of the opening of a club in East London.
“With great excitement we are ready to launch our newest initiative to the ever growing sport frenzy in East London… The Tribe…not just your normal running club, but your family. Under the banner of the well known and respected Nedbank franchise, the newest running club will have its first official Time Trail on Wednesday 13 January at 17:30pm at The Hub, Tribal Sport shop, Beacon Bay” said club Chairperson Yvette Louw.
“The club will also be the welcoming of all “newbies” and “wannabies” to our club.”
Already the club has mapped out a few weekly runs that will be held.

There is always the good old Parkruns and then the longer runs for distance training will be from Tribal at 5:30am (even on race days)

Various other companies will give of their time to help with advice regarding health and fitness, such as Future Life,BIogen and Discovery.

We know there is talent in the East London area and we hope the club will be able to attract some exciting young runners to assist us in our vision of growing middle and long distance running in South Africa”, says Nedbank Running Club Manager, Nick Bester.
